I'm wondering if anyone has been to Mickey's not so scary halloween party at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando? My son will be 10mths old then and I'm curious about what rides he will be able to go on, i.e. small world, haunted mansion... Can we get on most rides in 5 hours? How crowded is it? The trip to Disney is more for my husband, parents, and and myself.

What can I do next?

We went last year and my daughter loved it. All the kids were dressed up, we were able to hit a lot of rides but not all of them.

There were a lot of families there but not too crowded

We went last year and loved it!! I don't know what you will want to do with a 10mo old, but my 7 & 3 yr olds loved the party. We did get rain for about 1.5 hours of it which stunk but I would still chance it. We went to Haunted Mansion right away which had just reopened after being refurbished. The other rides didn't seem to have too long of lines. My kids also got a TON of candy. They actually shut the park down and don't let people in if they don't have the wristbands so it's not too crowded.

Hi A.-
The Halloween party was fun, but I'm not sure it would be worth the extra money to take a baby. The park is not crowded, but it's dark. My kids loved dressing up and collecting candy and getting autographs...all things that a baby wouldn't appreciate.

We enjoyed the Halloween parade, but again it was dark, and some music/noises/faces made my 4 year old nervous. I would stick to "off hours" during the day.
