Looking for a Pediatric Dentist in the Roswell/Sandy Springs/Alpharetta

I need to take my son to the dentist before we register for Kindergarten. Can anyone recommend a good pediatric dentist? I would like someone that really cares for kids b/c my son is scared to go. We don't have dental insurance, so reasonable rates would be a plus too! We live in Sandy Springs but am willing to make a drive elsewhere if the recommendations were good. Thanks!

Hi! I agree with the mom below about Dr. Bradberry....his office has moved though...he is now at 1070 Woodlawn Drive, Suite 250. Great office, child friendly, wonderful staff...He is next door to the orthodontist, Dr. Mark Johnston.
Dr. Bradberry also does hospital work and sees special needs children.

I take my daughter to Dr. George MacMaster (Dr. Mack) in Alpharetta. I beleive the practice is called Alpharetta Childrens Dentistry.
They are absolutely wonderful with children, and taking a child to the dentist for the 1st time is very stressful!

Hi A.,

We actually just took our daughter, who is six, to a local dentist. The name of the group is Cosmetic Dentistry off of Windward Parkway in Alpharetta. If you are up to the trek, they were great with her and made her feel really relaxed. It is more of a family dentist which we love so we can go to the same one.

I hope this helps.

H.

We've gone to Dr. David Bradberry for 2 years now and love him. The office is very kid-friendly and the staff is very gentle, nice and fun-loving. They are located in the Woodlawn Commons office park at 1121 Johnson Ferry Rd, Ste. #320, in Marietta. Their phone number is ###-###-####. Dr. Bradberry is a DMD, which means he is a physician first and also a doctor of dentistry, so he really knows his stuff. Good luck!

I totally recomend Dental TLC. It is a dentist office for people that are scared of the dentist. Everyone is very efficient and if there is anything you are not happy with you let them know and they will take care of it. I also think that if you are up front about not having insurance they will work something out for you. You can visit their website at www.dentaltlc.com. Hope this helps!

I've been taking my daughter (almost 3 yrs. old) to Dr. Daniel King in Alpharetta for about a year or so - He's great, young and very friendly (non-threatening to little ones). The office is amazing as well. My daughter loves the waiting room (video games, movies, fish in aquarium, etc.). Great atmosphere, extremely friendly staff!!

It's in Alph/Johns Creek by Old Alabama Rd & Jones Bridge Rd. (not too far from Haynes Bridge Rd.) I think the practice is called Children's Dental Zone.
It may be a bit out of your way, but I had to recommend him - he's great. Good luck!
PS - the first time we went, my daughter didn't have dental insurance and I think I paid under $100 for the whole check-up.
