The people I would pay to see in concert are: Celine Dion (she is my FAVE!), Pitbull, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Madonna, J Lo
The people I would see in concert if it was free are: Rihanna, Usher, Katie Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Lady GaGa, Jay Z, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, etc (I'm sure there are more - but there are many I would not even see for free).

I am not into making the rich even richer. Concerts are a waste of money in my opinion.
