We want to take our baby to get her first pictures taken with Santa. Where's the best place to go that the Santa looks somewhat "authentic"? Just not a fan of a young guy with a super fake beard! :) I'm sure Golden Triangle and Vista Ridge have one, but whose looks better? Any other places that have a good Santa?
We live in Denton, but always go to Vista Ridge for Santa pics. They have had the same Santa for 5 years now and he looks real. I have all my son's pics in a Christmas photo album and it's the same guy year after year.
Not sure about Golden Triangle, but I know that VR has a "real" Santa. In fact, all the ones we've seen all have real beards and are great! We've been to Vista Ridge, Stonebriar, and Willow Bend (my favorite!). But we ended up getting pics at Bass Pro Shops this year, which were actually pretty cheap and good (not great, but good)...my LO wasn't crying, so I was happy! I think most of the malls only hire "real" Santa's now, I haven't seen one with a fake beard in a long time at the malls.

The only good thing about Golden Triangle Mall is the Santa! He's the real thing!
We just went to Golden Triangle mall last Saturday and the Santa had a real beard and really looked like Santa. My 2 year was not scared and I think it because he didn't have a fake beard. He was very patience with my kids.
I agree I like the santa at Vista Ridge.
