My husband and I bought (but it hasn't been delivered yet) a california king size mattress and frame....Now i need sheets? I don't want to pay $100 for a set of sheets but want to see about getting at least 2 nice set of sheets for starters. Can you get them for around$50 each or less and where? thanks!

What can I do next?

The only place that I have found decent California King size sheets without having to order them on line was at Bed, Bath and Beyond or Linens'n'Things. And at least you ALWAYS have a 20% off coupons for each of those stores. If I am not mistaken, I bought about 300-400 thread count for regular price of 79.99 and then used my 20% off coupon. Good luck!

Overstock.com. I have had good luck in the past with them.

All the suggestions are fantastic ones (I often use Overstock, but be sure to read the product reviews before buying) No one mentioned The Company Store (www.thecompanystore.com). I buy sheets with extra deep pockets there for our Cal. King Bed. Deeper pockets keep the sheets from pulling off.

Try Amazon.com or Overstock. I have gotten some really good deals on 400-600 thread count King sheets from 29.99 to $50.

I just received a mailing from Tuesday Morning. Their next special includes sheets. Also, keep you eye on some of the sales at Target. I bought some amazing 800 thread count sheets there on sale. They switch out inventory and styles. You can find great bargins.

I also highly recommend SmartBargains.com. You can get really high thread count sheets there for nothing.

Smart Bargains is one of my favorite sites for sheets!

If you join their program for $9 then you get $2.98 shipping on any order you purchase from their site.

Marshalls! The 300 count sheets I found there (I think they are called "Luxury") are super nice and soft. We paid $30 for regular king size.

Good luck. M.

Sign up for JCPenny's sale emails. I also have a Cali king & always buy my sheets from there. You can buy them online & have them delivered to JCPenny (shipping free that way). I wouldn't waste your money buying "cheap sheets". If you buy at least two sets of good sheets they'll last along time!
