I've always given my boys one a day Flintstones multivitamin. I'm happy with my choice but my eldest son is now not wanting to chew them up now because of the taste. I want a complete tasty (One a day) vitamin? Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks :)

We also use Gummy Vites. My 3 year old loves them. And they don't have any artificial flavoring and coloring. We buy them at Costco.

When I found out Flinestones had aspartame in them, I stopped buying them. My mil bought us some healthier options that my kids seem to enjoy... they taste okay, not as good as Flinestones, but still decent...but they are really expensive, like $15 + for a bottle.

My boys love Nordic Berries. They are so yummy, I sometimes sneak them too. They taste like orange gum drops and have almost twice as much essential vitamins and minerals than other store brands. Most of the gummy vitamins really don't have much vitamins in them at all. They cost a bit more but are worth it for the wide spectrum they offer. I try to stay away from the synthetic vitamins and artificial sweeteners and colors that other brands have in them. You can always go to Central Market, Whole Foods or Natural Grocers and they usually have testers you can have your kids try before committing to a whole bottle. Good luck!

Hi C.! Absolutely have a few suggestions. My son loves both of these (we have to keep them out of site or he will beg for more like they are candy), AND They have the highest absorbtion rate of vitamins on the market. (Why waste your money if vitamins are not being absorbed into your body?) 1st choice is Melaleucas Koala Pals with Oligo! 2nd is Source of Life Animal Parade- whole food suppliments as found in nature and meant to be absorbed! Msg me if you need info on where to get either or both of these!

I see you are from Texas so you are familiar HEB, they carry a store brand (not sure of name) that my boys love. They look like gum drops with some type of sugar coating. There are Marvel Comic ones and some other fun characters that I am sure your boys will love.

Depends on his age. The tablets are crumbly and a little chalky. If he is old enough, you can use the gummie vitamins. We've bought Flintstones, some brand that was a cartoon character (Cars maybe), and now just use the store brand gummie vitamins. I think they taste pretty good. My 2-year-old and almost 4-year-old do fine with them. While it is fine to find one that tastes better, make sure your son knows that he is taking them for health, not for taste. :)
