Suggestions Required Regarding Inner Wear.

It depends on what you like, styles you like, your size..

I wear all Victoria's Secret cotton thongs and love them. I hate Victoria's Secret bras because they are not in my size.

I do like matching sets so I have fun with the panties and my bras are black or nude.

I LOVE Wacoal bras (a little pricier but very durable). I do not like stitching, seams and padding in my bras, I am ample enough and Wacoal has the perfect bra for me which is a racer back with no liners and an under wire. I prefer my bras to be functional and well made.

I wash bras in cold delicate cycle and hang to dry and I wash the thongs with whichever load they go with for the cycle, darks or whites.

I don't have to worry about my monthly cycle because I had a hysterectomy about 13 yrs ago. YEAH!!!

I bought a package of underpants at Costco a couple of years ago and they are the most comfortable ones I've found! They're a cotton blend - which I prefer - so now I buy all my udnerpants at Costco. The "brand name" is "It-see-bitsy". I don't have a big bust so i don't buy expensive bras. I used to only wear underwire - but they're so dang uncomfortable and my bust doesn't lookany bigger, supported or better so I refuse to anymore. I now buy many of my bras at Target.

I do have some special underwear I'll weat if my husband and I are out and I expect it will end in "activity".

I'm now in menopause (YAY!) but when I used to get my period I would use my older panties so if they got ruined I wasn't upset. My daughter does this now - when she's expecting it she begins to use her old panties and a small pad.

And as for washing them - most go in the regular wash - I hang dry my bras - makes them last longer. But the panties go in the washer and dryer like everything else.

FYI - my sister always used to buy Victoria's SEcret bras and panties and delicate laundry day at her house was embaressing to her then teenage son becuase fancy pantie and bras were on hangers all over the house if it was a cold or rainy day. Many years later hsi friends still luuagh about it.

i use glamorise brand bras, they are comfy and have my odd size i wash them ofter wearing them 3x. regular wash cycle and line dry
for staying home days and sleeping i wear a genie bra. nearly zero support and i toss them in the wash after 2 days use and dry like normal
for underwear i use cheep stuff from walmart. it gets the job done and is easy to replace when worn out. wash and dry with everything else.

I shop the clearance racks at Target. I've acquired a nice collection of thongs, G-strings, boy shorts, and bikinis for not a lot of money.
I never had a separate stash of undies just for my period. If they got blood on them, I just treated it with hydrogen peroxide and it washed right out.
I wash panties in cold water and throw it in the dryer. Nothing special.
Bras get washed in a bra bag in cold water and hung to dry.

I'm not brand specific so I can't help you there. I wash in the delicate cycle with the slowest possible agitation, and line dry on a drying rack. I think that helps the elastic hold up much longer. I don't get periods any longer but I never kept a separate set for that. If you think you might "leak, then use a pad and perhaps wear an older pair that you wouldn't mind sacrificing if it got stained. But I think applying a stain removal spray asap and letting it sit for 15 minutes, then putting it through the regular wash (stopping the machine part way to let it soak some more), works well.
