Seeking New Pediatrician in Naperville Area

Hi. I'm am looking for a new pediatrician for my 3 children. I have concerns with their current doctor. I feel like she is always delivering cookie-cutter responses and care. It is like she is reading from a text book rather than giving my child individual evaluations and making a diagonosis from that. I love the office and will be sad to leave it, but I just don't feel confident in the care. I always get in right away anytime that I call and there is virtually no waiting once I get there. My 10 month old is experiencing a lot of ear issues while she is teething. Once we get this infection under control, I'd like to make a move.
Thanks!
Lisa

Dr. Raulie Lo with DuPage Medical Group is great. They have an office at the new RollingRidge building in Naperville, right on Rte 59 right on the Plainfield border. It is near 95th St.

Here is his profile and contact info.

Also, Dr. Wigder is great, too! She and Dr. Lo are in the same practice at the RollingRidge location.

I second ABC pediatrics. We have been seeing Dr. Law there since my son was born in 2004. We have seen all the doctors there at one time or another for sick visits and I have never felt rushed or like my concern was not a valid one. You see only your primary doctor for scheduled visits and they try to get you in first with him/her for sick visits. The triage nurse always calls back promptly(within 15-20 minutes) and if it's a psuedo emergency(my son fell on table and pushed his tooth up....she came right to the phone when i called) someone will speak with you right away. The nurses are wonderful. Both of my boys look forward to their visits!

I highly recommend ABC Pediatrics - my 3-yr old daughter sees Dr Gus Rousonelos and has actually been seen by most of the other doctors in the practice as well and they are all very kid and first-time mom friendly. I usually have a little list of questions at each visit and Dr Gus always takes the time to listen and responds to each question or concern that I have. He actually encouraged I keep a list of concerns or questions for each visit so I was sure to remember them during my appt. I feel as though he truly takes the time and cares for his patients. The nurses and receptionists are also very nice as well and I've never waited longer then 15 minutes for a return phone call from a nurse regardless of my concern which again I really like!! Also, they've always been able to see my daughter right away whenever she's been sick.

If you want attentive Care you should see Dr. Michael Reichert. He has two other docs in his office, as well as two NP/PAs. They are all attentive, they take so much time with each and every patient. If a parent has a concern they will do what they can to follow through and see if there's anything wrong, anything else they can do, etc. They give you their real life experience with what works, doesn't work with their own kids, etc. It's a great place.

They are right on 103rd and 59. The number is ###-###-#### (double check I am on vacation and going from memory!)

Hi Lisa,

I highly recommend Children's Health Partners, ###-###-####, at 95th & Book. We've been going there for six years. I know they go through periods of not accepting new patients (they are very popular), but they are adding a new doctor to the practice so they might be accepting new patients.

Best of luck!

M.
