Seeking Good Custody Lawyer in St. Charles County

I had a friend that just called in a panic. Her husband's ex-wife has just decided to move to Kansas City and take the kids. She believes that their custody arrangement only has a provision for moving out of the state. She wants to speak to an attorney, but I don't know any in the St. Charles area. Do any of you have recommendations for a good custody lawyer in St. Charles that I can pass along to her? Thanks!

Knight and Tomich are very good (maybe a little pricey), but they do a good job. I recommend Debra Tomich and are located in St. Charles.
