Hello moms! Just wondering if anyone knows of a place I can buy seamless socks for my 7 year old daughter. She can't stand the way those lines on the toes feel with her shoes on, and it's getting worse and worse! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Actually they do exist! And they've been available at Target since the late 90's! Don't know why anybody would tell you that they don't exist but if you go into target in their individual sock section (they don't come in bulk packages) they have them with little stickers on the front that say "seamless toe". I believe they come in black and navy blue an maybe white as well, and will run you about 4.99 a pair. Nordstroms carries them as well, but they may be pricier I don't remember! Good luck...my daughter started this about 2 months into Kindergarten and wore them until 3rd grade and then totally grew out of it! She's now finishing up middle school and hasn't complained for years...so hang in there! =)

your request is not unusual. Pretty common actually. they dont exist. i used to be a sock buyer, I know, weird job. it has to do w/ how the socks are made. have her wear them inside out. also, thinner socks, or more expensive socks have a much smaller seam. those 6 packs of socks are the worst!

on a side note: there are still many sock mills in the US and you can actually buy something made in america.

I don't know about seamless socks, but I had the same problem with my daughter a few years ago, someone suggested to me we turn the socks inside out. It is not the cutest look but it seemed to help alot.

I don't know about seamless socks but my step son had the same problem and what helped was turning the socks inside out. It wasn't quite as bad that way. Hope this helps and good luck finding seemless socks!

Hi B.,

Nordstroms carries sock without seams in their children's shoe department. I just bought some for our little girl and they seem to be good quality.

Good luck!

OMG!!!!! My son drove me crazy and would cry because of the irritation and we even visited the doctors . We now buy Cherokee brand boys ankle socks at Target. They come in a pack of 6, 3 are pure white and the other 3 are white with grey bottoms. Both have a re stripe and m. They LOOK like the have seems but once you put your fingers inside you notice that they are smooth. Target should carry a girls version.
