I am looking for a nice church to attend where I can take my boys (3yrs and 1yr) to a nursery or sunday school while I attend service. Does anybody have any advice? I'd like to start going back to church

What can I do next?

There is a Seacoast campus in N Charleston as well as Summerville. I go to the West campus and have for 7 yrs. I have 2 small kids and really like the nursery. Good Luck and God Bless.

I have heard nothing but good things about a church off Dorchester Road called Fort Baptist Church.

I hope this is an option that can help you.

Hi J.! My daughter attends daycare at a church in N. Charleston called Remount Baptist Daycare. I went to that church as a teenager and haven't gone back until recently. I was just as comfortable leaving her in the nursery for church as I am daily for daycare. The service is great and there is a wonderful mix of people that attend on Sundays.

We attend Yeamans Park Presbyterian Church in Hanahan and really like it. We attend the morning contemperary service (no nursery) but bring in our 5 month old because kids are welcome. They do have a nursery for sunday school and the 11am worship service. The 8:45 contemperary svc is new, and we really enjoy it. The church is fairly small (about 40 attend the early service and ~100 attend the 11AM svc), but we love it because it feels like family. W.

Good Morning J.,

I go to Unity Church, corner of Leeds Ave. and Dorchester. "Unity is a positive, practical, progressive approach to Christianity based on the teachings of Jesus and the power of prayer. Unity honors the universal truths in all religions and respects each individual's right to choose a spiritual path." They have Sunday School and a nursery. I have three children and we love it! Two services, 9:30 and 11:15, Sunday School starts at 11:00. Hope to see you there.
