Need Handmade Blanket

I need to hire someone local to crochet me an organic cotton blanket for my daughter, who has very sensitive skin. I will purchase enough organic cotton yarn from Joann's to make an approximate 4 foot by 6 foot blanket, plus pay for labor.
Can you please direct me to a person who can do this for me?
I live in Rowlett, but am willing to drive where I need to. Thanks!

What can I do next?

akepointe curch in rockwall has a groupof women that do this. You can call the church and ask when the group meets and just show u then with your stuff an ask them to do it. They probably won't charge you for labor though. The point of the group is that they make baby blankets for free and donate them to a pregnancy center, so they would probably be more than happy to make it for youand for free. I hope you know though that you can buy fullyorganic cotton blankets already made. BabiesRUs has a decent selection.

I crocheted all my babies things (now 15 and 17) - I do not do fancy though and depending on your timeframe would love to see what you want - I am in far east Dallas and a bit slower due to my MS.....I still crochet purses, kitchen pads and cloths.....there is also a great yarn place near me that might have some options for you (not a chain)

If you don't have any luck, you may also want to try etsy.com. I buy tons of stuff on there. It is basically like an ebay but for all hand-crafted things and they have adorable baby stuff.
