Christiane Northrop and Anne Gittleman are great authors on menopause. I have used some of their techniques and found them helpful. Some basics that I use: drink 8-10 glasses of clean water daily; cut fat and salt; cut sugar and alcohol consumption;exercise(walk) 3-5 times weekly for 30-60 minutes; wear 100% cotten night clothes; get to your ideal weight within your BMI; eat wild caught salmon 1-2 times weekly; take needed supplements/vitamins/minerals . Good Luck!!! It is hard but doable.

Not sure if I can help any yet, but I did read a good book by Suzanne Sommers called Ageless that I found to be great. I have not gone through it yet, but thought I would pass that on anyway. J

I have a natural hormone balancing cream that has helped lots of women with menopause and their symptoms have declined. Let me know if you are interested.
