I found a lump on my right lower side abdominal on Saturday and on Monday I got my period the lump is still there and pain is getting stronger and now is going to my lower back also on the right side

And you've been to the ER or Urgent Care? Because only a doctor and tests can say what this is.

I had a pain like that before. The longer I waited the worse it got. No matter what I did it would not ease up, so I went into the ER. They told me it was constipation and a bladder infection, so you should go to the doctor as soon as you can.
