I am looking for a new Pediatrician that specializes in Down syndrome or special needs kids in the Plano area or I am willing to drive some also so maybe even Richardson, Allen, Frisco? Please let me know if you know of someone you love and trust!
I HAVE A SON WITH Downs syndrome though he's grown up now. I'm available for any questions or frustrations you have. Because I promise you there will be some. I would contact the Down Syndrome Guild for the city you're closest to.
Do not go to Cenntennial Pediactrics!!!! They laugh at special needs . I have a friend who works there and I have a son with autism. She overheard them LAUGHING at us moms trying to help our kids!!!!!!! And believe mw they heard from us!

I know you said Plano/Richardson, but out Pedi is in Mesquite and is wonderful. She specializes in this area Andrea Cramer ###-###-####. We are not personally in your situation with our kids, but I have seen many children in her office with Down Syndrome.

Dr. John Porter in Richardson is excellent and I know he has several kids with Down Syndrome that he treats. The office is small and a family environment. He and his staff are great!
Hi There!! My 4.5 year old son also has DS and we go to Chad Guetersloh at Centennial Pediatrics in Frisco. We absolutely love him!! He is our 3rd pediatrician and is very, very knowledgeable regarding kids with SN. I am not sure if he is accepting new patients but he recently got a NP so he may be.
