Nothing at all... it's the same stuff. If you ever have a question about the strength of the medication, look at the ingredient list. On the back it will say "Active Ingredients". That will tell you have many mg of the drug is in each dose. If that fails, call any pharmacist and they can answer your drug questions, too.

It shouldn't. Just take the recommended dose.

not at the same time....overdose on acedamediphine (sp?), right? i would call the dr, not a pharmacist!! some pharmacies won't even tell you what you can do b/c of fear that it comes down on them if they stear you wrong. they aren't your dr, they don't have blood work done on you or anything, so i would stick to the dr, not pharmacist, in my opinion.

As long as it is JUST the Tylenol, with no added ingredients, you should be safe. But if you are still wondering, you can always call and talk to any pharmacist and ask. We use Walgreen's, and I am "forever" calling them at odd hours of the day...and night!

Hope you get to feeling better soon!
