now, before you go thinking it's a political post - it's not...gasp!!

Any way - when I go to Bath and Body works - I buy the smaller portions first before I buy the big ones....I bought the Lay it On Thick shea butter....I think it's OKAY...but not overly impressed.....have you used it and if so - what were your thoughts?

What can I do next?

I'm with you, it's okay, but... meh. I'm allergic to most pretty smelly stuff, and I'm NOT allergic to that, but it didn't do much for me.

Now, I'm a city girl at heart, but I LOVE their new(er) Country Chic body spray. As long as I spray it on my CLOTHES and not my skin, it's nice :)

I tend not to like products from Bath and Body Works - the scents are way over the top too strong for me.
I use to have to cross to the opposite side of a hall in a mall in order to walk past a Yankee Candle shop because the smell would almost literally knock me over (they've since toned it down and I love them now).
I like Body Shop products very much.
I can always find something that smells just right and works well with my skin/hair.
When I was pregnant I LOVED their Mango Body Butter and it was perfect for easing itchy stretch marks.

I have used it, and I like it but I dont love it. I think its a little greasy, I buy it mainly because I like the smell.

I love their Cherry Blossom Line, but I have to use a ton of it to get my skin to feel moist. I usually have to put Vaseline intensive care lotion (Non-scented) under it and then just use it for it's smell. I think there products are over priced and unpractical. I have tried a million types of lotions and I am still searching for the perfect one...

I have used that for my DD ezcema and it worked really well but greasy, so I put it on before bed ;-)

I love the victoria's secret garden lotions and the body cream too! I like the scents better and they're around the same price. Much thicker and better moisturizing!
