I've been having this feeling like I'm bleeding but I'm not and today I started getting this tense sharp pain in my stomach and it goes to my sides and the middle of my back, like the baby is ripping my insides, should I go to the hospital or is this just something we all go through? Also now, I feel nauseated.

What can I do next?

Call you dr. asap. This sounds like preterm labor to me. I had preterm labor around 33 weeks and was put on bed rest and then meds to stop the contractions. The meds and rest worked and they took me off meds at 38, and I delivered at 40. Its normal to have braxton hicks contractions, but I think those are closer to delivery date. If you call the dr., they most likely will have you go to hospital for monitoring. Some common reasons for preterm is uti and dehydration. I live in a hot climate, so they tell all pregnant woman to drink lots of h2o. Good luck and keep us posted!

Sharp, intense pain doesn't sound normal. Call your OB/GYN or go to the hospital just to be certain that everything is ok. Never take a 'wait and see' attitude with pregnancy.
Good Luck!

I would call your ob and ask them. That seems like the beginning of something that it might be a little early for.
Are you having any sort of discharge or liquid coming out at all?

Best to ask or go see your doc and have it be nothing than not ask or go and find out it's "something".

why guess?
Why don't you just give a call to your Doctor?
Doctors ARE on call, everyday and during off hours... you just page them or call the Physician's Exchange.

You need to call your Doctor.
Not guess.
Only a Doctor and diagnose you and a pregnancy.

Call your Doctor TODAY.
Or go the to Hospital.

Call your doctor and make sure someone on call gets back to you. If you actually have bleeding or fluid leaking go to the ER.

If you are having Braxton -Hicks (practice) contractions try drinking a glass of water and lying down for a while on your left side. If the pain stops then it isn't labor. If the pains gets more frequent or intense cal the doc or get medical attention ASAP.
