Here's a Scary Thought...

It would probably be good for me. I waste far too much time reading posts and I get way to emotionally invested in some of what people are concerned with. I do enjoy the site, but I have to bow out for months at a time or I get a little too caught up.

Oh the horror! Actually, my house would probably be cleaned, dinner might make it on the table before 6:30, and I'd probably get to sleep before 2am! LOL

I couldn't get on at lunchtime last week and about had a panic attack.
Rediculous, I know.
I absolutely love this forum! I just wish there were groups or somethign you could join so it would be easier to meet people here. I would love to have some Mamapedia friends!

Don't worry ladies, if that were to happen, I would create a 'lack of mamapedia support group' ;)

I'd be more productive at work not having everyone's issues to read about ;)

I for one, would experience a large increase in my productivity at work.

I would go nuts...I have made friendships here, that are really great. It is aplace I can come and help, or get help!

You guys are amazing. This site was first my way to not loose my mind in the early years of child rearing...now this has turned into much more.

I have people here I never thought I would see eye to eye with, people when I started here that I thought..''wow, I am nothing like'' boy I have been proven wrong over and over...

I have learned that you guys are the voice of reason...you are here 24 hours a day...and if it is slow..I know my questions will get picked up sooner or later.

I would miss everyone greatly. I hope this never happens. I hope that we have each other to share joys, concerns and anything and everything else that is thrown at us.

You ladies have become a part of my life...I sometimes refer to people..by experiences they have posted as if I was with you when something happen...If my best friend has a question...and the answer had been given on here..or same similar topic...I will use you ladies as frame of reference...

I think of this site as my great little secret. I have the best mamas on board here!!

I have to add..My internet(thank you comcast) has not been working alot of the time lately...so when I cant get on here to see whats up with us for the day..or few days...I get frustrated...it is like not be able to talk to my mom or best friend....I know that may sound crazy...but it is the truth.

Another thing..my hubby wouldnt know what to do with me...I think he has liked me having you guys to bounce things off of. I think he secretly loves this site too. I always think..what if he created his own account to ask questions here...ha that would be amazing!

I wish it has features that FB has..so you could chit chat with people...and I wish you didnt have to post everything in question form...yes i realize that is what this site is for...but it has turned into so much more then that...I really dont think the mamapedia team knows what it is sitting on...it could be huge!!!

I love you guys.....good posts...bad posts...fighting or a big love fest like this! it just proves we are all human..have our own views and love sharing them!!

I'd probably have a nervous breakdown. For some reason, I enjoy getting opinions from women on mamapedia more than I do from most people in my every day life. I sure hope this site has good internet security and tech support.

I would be sad too! I may not agree with everyone on here, but I always love to see the other points of view. We are all entitled to our own opinions, and sometimes - they even change my mind!! : )

I would definately miss all you - especially those of you who keep me chuckling all day long!!

ETA: I second Denise P. I would love to see a Wedding Pic after the big day ~ especially one of your groom in the tie that you pick out!! tee hee....

I would be upset. because I have learned a lot and hope that I have made a positive impact on other people's lives.

I do NOT like that they are censoring our posts...well, maybe it's not "them" as much as it is people who do NOT like to have holes poked in their theories or if we do not think like they do.

God forbid we start talking about politics or religion!!! And politics and religion are a part of life - they affect you in MANY ways....no subject should be TABOO. People SHOULD be respectful and mature. But alas - many are not!

Yes I too would be upset if this site was to disappear.
It's my main "female" interaction at the moment.
You all are my "girls"
When we got married I moved down to the south west of the country as it was easier for me to move with my hubby's job.
My female friends live a 3hr journey away so I only get to see them every few mths as life changes once kids come.
So mamapedia is my main social outlet.
I've checked out other sites but they don't have the same vibe.

I would hate it! I use my phone to get on this site and I look at it all day! I like to get opinions and see what y'all think. I don't havve any girlfriends so this is a way to reach out and talk to the" girls". Even though I don't really know any of y'all, I feel like do! I for one would be bummed!

I would get so much more work done. I couldnt log in for a few days last week and it was the most productive I've been in months!!!

Well... I'd probably go insane worrying over all the issues that I can't figure out on my own and need to ask you guys about. Lol
