Has Anyone Been a Patient of Dr. Steve Harris in Dallas?

I have been a patient of Dr. Harris' for 6 years now! I love him. He is a great Dr. He does not mind you asking any type of question. Dr. Harris is very caring, easygoing, wonderful, gives great information and feedback. My husband and I are actually expecting twins in 4 weeks which Dr. Harris will deliver!! It was a 3 year process for us to concieve and Dr. Harris was just as excited as my husband and I that we were pregnant. He shows so much excitement each visit and I know that he can't wait for the boys to get here! You can contact me via email ____@____.com and I can give you more feedback about Dr. Harris.

He is in partnership with my ob/gyn (Dr. Heckman)..and I think that Dr. Harris is wonderful...he was the dr on call when I went into labor with my son, Evan..and he was so sweet during my labor..I think he is great! I love the whole practice up there..the office staff is so nice and friendly..and I have never had a problem taking my kids with me up there..in fact, they have a box of toys to occupy them :)

You, in my opinion, could not find a better doctor. He is wonderful. The only reason I am not a patient is b/c my insurance isn't accepted there. I am a nurse, and I know he comes VERY HIGHLY recommended.

Well the other ladies said it brilliantly. Dr. Harris is awesome. He delivered my second son and made the experience wonderful. Staff is always wonderful and friendly and I really felt that they all cared about me and my family. Good luck!

P.S. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking at his facility. $3 a pop but well worth it!

I know you've already had so many positive responses, but he is SO amazing i had to tell you too! He was my Doctor during my pregnancy, my little girl is 4 months old now. I went to him on a recommendation, i am completely freaked out by doctors in general, especially ob/gyn's but from day one he made me feel comfortable. They were patient with me when i was fearful and never rushed in and out (even when they were really busy). He seemed just as excited to deliver our baby as we were having it. Unfortunately i went into labor on a weekend he was not on call and he seemed just as disappointed as i was that he didn't get to deliver her. I had another doctor at his office who did just fine. So as you can guess i would HIGHLY recommend him.

He was recommended to me when I first moved to Dallas, and I had lots of questions becuase of my medical history. He answered every one and was not condiscending when doing it. When we had our first daughter he even put my husband at ease during the visits.
His nurses are very promt in returning calls! He even returned one of my more paniced calls himself at 5 am one morning!
Dr. Harris delivers ALL of his patients babies M through F and is on call for weekends every three weeks. I figured it out and there werr only 4-5 days per month that he was not avaible to deliver my daughter.
I can't say enough good things about him, we love him as an OB!!!!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Harris. He is GREAT! He has a wonderful "bedside manner" - no question is silly and he always makes time to answer them. He doesn't rush in for 5 minutes they way other docs do. He was wonderful through my first pregnancy/delivery and I plan to go back for all my other kids.
