Great Restaurant in Vegas

I agree, I go eat the brunch buffet at Paris (get there early because there's a huge line). I think when you go to Vegas, you have to do buffet because it's the experience you don't get that type of buffet anywhere else. I think Serendipity is overrated (Ceasar's Palace area) but people love going for the Frozen Hot Chocolate. I'd go just to say I went but it reminds me of stuff you get at McDonalds but in a nice big cup and better toppings. =)

If I am in Vegas I want buffet. My favourite is Cravings at the Mirage, although I haven't been there for about five years.

No reservations required, but my favorite place we ate was the little diner on the side of the Golden Gate casino (Fremont Street). We ate 2 meals there: breakfast and lunch, and they were both fantastic! Excellent handmade dishes and jelly!

Hands down, rm Seafood. AMAZING. We had dinner there after our vow renewal ceremony in 2011 and it was probably one of my favorite meals ever. It wasn't just the food, it was the ambiance, the service, everything.
I also go to Mesa every time I am in Vegas, always for lunch. The food is incredible but the restaurant is on the small side and just not quite as FUN as rm for dinner. If you are looking for super romantic, go to B&B Ristorante in the Venetian.
So jealous- I try to go to Vegas about once a year, and it has been too long!

The Palm is good. The steaks are great! It is in The Forum at Caesar's Palace...

There is a place called the "steak house" in Circus Circus...I know...I know...but it's a "gem" of a restaurant!

The Eiffel Tower at Paris is good...and expensive...

It's been about ten years since I lived there, so I won't be up on everything that's gone up since then, but you MUST go to Marrakech.

If you're into buffets, when I lived there the best buffet was at Bellagio.

Had great food at the steakhouse in New York New York. Don't know the name of it. Just be careful the steaks are huge. I went with a bunch of Texans who love steak and they couldn't even eat all of it.

I was just there and ate at STK in the Cosmopolitan and TAO in the Venetian. Both were awesome!

Second The Steakhouse in Circus Circus. Seems like an odd place for such a good restaurant, but it is. My cousin had his wedding dinner there and everyone loved it. And this was from a bunch of Chicagoans - where we have some of the best steakhouses in the US.

I would make a reservation ASAP because the really good restaurants fill up really fast. We stayed at Excalibur...nothing there worth mentioning except freshly made Krispy Creme.
