I'm looking for a good after hours care clinic in the Coppell area for my 16 month old toddler. We do have a good pediatrician who refers us to Children Medicals Center for true emergencies. But, I'm simply looking to be prepared for your routine after hours problem. I know there are a couple in the area and would appreciate any recommendations!

I've never been there but a friend of mine has. She has never waited to be seen and the staff are very efficient.
We live in Coppell and go to Acute Kids Care in Flower Mound for after-hours emergencies. We have been extremely impressed with the cleanliness, the friendliness and the overall quality of care.

Town Center ER on MacArthur and Beltline is great. I'm not sure what time they're open until but it's every day. They have everything in there an ER would have. I think that would be a good option.
Cooks Childrens has an urgent care facility in Hurst off of Precient Line by Home Depot and Lowes. Like a Care Now but for kids only.

I have gone to the Coppell Minor Emergency Clinic before and they did a good job.
I recently had to go to an after hour clinic and went to one in Highland Village - so it may be a bit of a drive for you, but I found it to provide great service for a doctor visit copay, instead of urgent care, which is more expensive usually. www.rapidmedonline.com

We use Trinity West Urgent and Family Care. They are located right near the SuperTarget on Hebron and I-35 in Lewisville. The doctors are great and they are open 8-8 everyday. Some of the free standing ER's charge you the ER co-pay on your insurance but Trinity usually only charges your regular office visit co-pay unless it is a true emergency (stitches, broken bone)
CareNow clinic in Carrollton is really great! You book a slot online and they call you when you are ready to be seen...talk about convenient! And the doctors there are good, too...and they took my Aetna insurance! I live in Coppell and the location I have been to twice is off of Hebron in Carrollton. My neighbor swears by Care Now right outside of Grapevine Mills. You can check in online and then they will call you when it is your turn. I've used Town Center ER (Beltline and MacArthur)when my son needed Dermabond after hours and I was very impressed. In and out in less than 45 minutes! Or there is Coppell Minor Emergency Clinic at Denton Tap and 121. They don't take all insurance though.
I think CareNow at Grapevine Mills Mall is awesome. You can book online and they call you when you are to come in. They also make follow up phone calls a day or two later to check up on you.
