I'm looking at the Ryan's Room brand, it's solid wood not particle board. Does anyone have this dollhouse, and do you like it? I'm also looking at the Kid Kraft brand. Please tell me about your dollhouses!

What can I do next?

I like diana's suggestion. When I was little my M. bought me one at a garage sale. It was really dated. so she got me wall paper samples and carpet samples and I "decorated" it myself. I loved it and played with it for years!

I saw one at Costco that is so cute. Or you can use a shelf that is shaped like a doll house (like one at Target), and paint or wall paper the rooms/shelves to your liking (if you are feeling creative). When your child gets bored with it, you'll still have a place to store books.

My daughter has the kid kraft one - great price/$99, sturdy, can fit many different types of dolls and furniture, the roof top opens on ours for storage.
