Arbonne has a great combination. I used the Fiber Shake, the Detox Tea and the supplement called Bio-Nutria Herbal Colon Cleanse. I did it over the weekend thinking it would be this dramatic experience and it wasn't. It was mild and gentle and I continue to drink the Fiber Shake because it makes me feel great. I don't know where you live but "Karyn"s" on Halsted in Chicago has an incredible month long detox program - i've done it 3 times. They offer it every other month i think (you go once a week for lectures and to get food and supplies.) Karyn is a raw foodist, so you go a week vegan and then the rest of the month raw. It's a lot easier than it sounds though and each time i've done it i look and feel fantastic, and lose weight! My skin glows and i have a ton of energy. It's completely changed the way i think about food. Look them up on the web but i think they have nights where they have informational orientations so you can see if it's right for you before you take the plunge. I highly recommend it though!
