App to Moniotr a Tablet

Why not look in to an iPad? My kids all have one - they got them for Christmas a few years ago - and they love them. They are used for school apps and reading, plus games and some YouTube.

We are open with our kids and they tell us if they run across something that isn't appropriate. They aren't on them 24-7 and we don't have to have controls on it. Maybe try talking to him about what is right and wrong and what to do if he comes across something wrong rather than just blocking it all?

I had researched this myself at Christmas and got a Kurio tablet for my kids. Unfortunately, the charger will not stay and it cannot charge. Even though this was rated one of the top 4 tablets for kids there is no customer support! The Fire does not have a kids internet access like the Kurio does and does not have great controls either. I think I found it by searching for Best tablet for kids/review and found the info on Consumer Reports.

You could try the Qustodio app.

The Kids' Kindle Fire is exactly the same as the regular Fire. It just comes with a good case and longer warranty. It has great parental control options, no app needed.
