I was wondering if anyone has had good or bad results with Relacore? It's supposed to help get rid of belly fat because it reduces stress hormones related to gaining weight in the abdomen.
I used it in conjunction with Weight Watchers and it did seem to help speed up the loss of fat around my midsection.
What is it supposed to do? Did you try it? How did it work? Any side effects?
My husband and I tried it a few years ago and got absolutely no results other than a whole in our pocketbook where the money used to be!!
hello there. i have not tried relacore but personally use as well as my patients use cla which is short for conjugated linoleic acid. it attacks all fat on the body including belly fat and thighs.

I tried it, it didn't work for me. No results. As with anything though, you have to eat right and exersice. But if you do those things you'll lose weight without a supplement. Hope this help!

I have not heard of it but I have a weight loss line of products that has excellent protein shakes, chews, energy fizz and a supplement that will give results! I tried it 4 years ago and didn't have success with it. I felt I did better with TrimSpa, however unbeknownst to me, I was pregnant at the time I was taking TrimSpa. Now I've tried Slimquick and haven't had much luck with it, so I've got Lipozene to try. Good luck!
