IF she isn't ready duct tape the diaper on or put her in onsies if you can find them big enough.
**Apparently we are missing some info that April knows. Yeah, if she is already potty trained, don't ever put her back in diapers. That's like taking 30 steps backwards.

take the diaper off... its just letting her get away with pooping and peeing and since you have already got the potty training down once b 4 there is NO NEED for diapers n e more... you want her to be a "big girl" not a baby. Having a diaper on only tells her its okay to poop and pee again without having to use the potty... I learned this with my boys very early on... correct her... or if she is one of those little girls that doesnt like to get dirty then make her clean up her mess ... be firm and make her understand where she needs to go .. because if you want her to get potty trained again you CAN NOT tape the diaper down or put onsies on her... although it is a good idea for earlier on b4 potty training... but not now that she already has the knowledge of what to do .. because what if one day it clicks with her that she has to go poop and pee in the potty but she cant gewt her clothes or diapers off... then she will be stuck in the same situation that she was in b4.. you see what i am saying... i did the tape and the onesies b4 my kids were potty trasined because they just liked to run naked...

get one piece PJs and put them on backwards. Make sure she also wears a onsie so if she does get the PJs off there is still anther step.

Kids go through stages of regression for no apparant reason. If she has been potty trained completely and is no longer going at all int he potty then she may have something going on healthwise. A bladder infection can cause them to go more frequently, they get the urge and the pee comes out too. A stressful change such as school starting can do it too.

If she is under 3 then she is still just learning to go and will have periods of doing well and then not doing so great. I let my 4 yr. old wear pull ups this weekend because I got tired of mopping up pee and then there was the big blob of pooh on the light tan carpet...I had to rent a carpet shampooer.

Most people don't even start potty training until their kids are at least 2, a lot don't even start until they are 3. If she is younger than this she is just lucky when she makes it, they don't have the ability to control those muscles yet.
