My 19m old son got into some petroleum jelly. He rubbed it all in his hair. I gave him a bath but it is still very greasy! Is there anything else I could use or is it one of those things that wears off?

What can I do next?

Dawn liquid soap. The kind you wash dishes with. Works great. I put Olive oil on my girls heads sometimes and Dawn washes it right out. They also recommedn cleaning your makeup brushes with Dawn also.

AWESOME. My friends twins did the same with a tub of Desitin... fun times.

I have no idea, but I'd try dishsoap, since that's what they use to get oil off wild animals :) Good luck! Take pictures!!

Dawn dish soap. Just keep it out of his eyes. You may have to wash it a couple of times, but it will get it out.
Good luck!

Try mixing some baking soda with the shampoo - that should strip it out - works with chlorine and build up of products. Good luck!

Try cornstarch. Then wash again.
