I think all states do the same formula with wic and i know tn wic offers good start but if your baby has trouble on that formula they can switch you to enfamil. Usually they ask you what kind of formula you are using and give you that kind. But mainly good start.

I would think all counties and states provide it. Go on the computer and look it up. I had a friend who lived in reston,va and she did wic when the kids were little. go under the department of health and I would think you would find may links for what you may need or what may help you out besides wic. good luck

They provide one basic (here it's enfamil). Any of the others for allergies you would have to have a dr prescription. (ex - my 18 mo daughter hasn't gained enough weight so in addition to her whole milk she gets 9 6 packs of pediasure a month with a form filled out by dr for failure to thrive. They fill one out for different formulas for allergies too). Here's a link to VA WIC but I don't see a specific regular formula listed http://www.vahealth.org/NuPAFP/Publications/Files/PDFs/20...

I think all are the same. Here in WA they provide Similac Formula in all its kinds.
