I have been looking for a great Chinese restaurant ever since I moved to Dallas last year...and haven't found one yet. Is there great Chinese food available in Dallas besides P.F. Changs? I am very picky and prefer white chicken meat and the most tender beef. I live flavorful, spicy preparations. I have tried a few around town but have yet to find the one. If you have a favorite Chinese restaurant then I would like to hear about it including why it is your favorite.

I am very picky! But, I do like Pacific House in Colleyville.
It has great chicken dishes with white meat.
Rice Box on Legacy is really good and the restaurant is very clean. It is in the shops at Legacy in Plano. That is a really fun area.
Have you tried Pei Wei? They have multiple locations all over the metroplex and are owned by the same parent company as PF Chang's. They are a lot more affordable, but just as great!
Im a huge fan of Cathy's Wok - Every chicken dish Ive gotten there has been white meat and delicious. Everything is fresh and healthy - all their dishes have been researched by the Cooper Institute. And they deliver!
Depends on where you are. Panacean in Coppell is a great place with really fresh food. I prefer dining in and it's cozy. My other fav is Pacific Rim off the tollway near parker in Plano. These are panacean restaurants in that they serve asian food (Thai, Chinese, and Japanese).
Try them out and see what you like. I think taste is so subjective since we all smell things differently which is the enhancement of your pallette. Hence all the perfumes in the world. Good luck!

Howard Wang's on the corner of NW Hwy and Midway is great. Their food is really fresh and has a lot of flavor. I believe the same people own it that own the Empress of China that someone suggested earlier.
We like Hunan Wok in North Richland Hills. Very clean and they deliver!
I love Lovers Egg Roll. There is one located on Lovers Lane in Highland Park and one on Knox in Uptown. I am a very picky chinese food eater and my husband introduced them to me when we were dating and I actually crave their food now, especially since we moved to Wylie and can't get it like we used to.
I really like Cathy's Wok. There's one in North Dallas and Plano. The one in Dallas is at Frankford and the Tollway. They're not fancy or anything but very clean.

We did find one good place, but its in Fort Worth...called Taste of Asia on Beach St. They have all-white meat and it is very good food. We're still looking for fabulous Mexican food too! I hope you find a great place up in Dallas!!
For great Korean BBQ try the Seoul Garden on Royal and Reeder...not far from Harry Hines. It's in a little corner strip mall. Very nice decor inside. Their spicy pork bbq is wonderful! You can choose to sit at a table where you cook it yourself or you can have them cook it for you.
In Flower Mound, Empress of China on FM 407 has great food. Thai food would be Thai Ruby in Flower Mound on FM 2499, too or Bahn Thai in Lewsville on FM 3040.
