Tulle Skirts

My daughter wears them with anything and everything. If it's warm she puts a pair of spandex shorts under it, if it's colder she wears leggings or tights and has been known to have a pair of jeans or fleece pants underneath if it's that cold but she still wants to wear one. She wears whatever shirt she wants to. Shoes are the same. So long as it's weather appropriate, anything works.
You can find her wearing her "puffy skirt" as we call them with a Spiderman shirt, bright colored leggings and snow boots when she's so inclined. Other day she's wearing a glittery blouse and a pair of sparkly mary janes.
Have fun with them! That's what they're best for!

My DD wears her tulle skirts with everything I will allow. Lol.
I usually make them just below knee length, which I really like to pair with cute leggings (or tights) and boots or whatever shoes she is wearing at the time. (I don't have much of a shoe budget, so she only has one nice pie and one play pair at a time...)

I also pair them with pretty much any shirt. Lol.

If you are asking for an adult... I have no friggin' clue. I don't wear skirts. Lol.

My kid wears these all the time :

We do them with t-shirts, tights ( solid and multicolor), sneakers, mary janes, cardigans, denim jackets, etc. You can style them up or down.

for me...and my kiddos...sometimes weather TRUMPS fashion. If wooly tights (or stirrup pants...remember them?) were necessary, we would wear them.

What I CAN say is that working with tulle sucks...so I hope ya paid someone else to make the skirt??

My 13 yo granddaughter mostly wears hers with skinny jeans or jeggings and casual shoes. She has a pair of black suede booties with silver colored studs that look good with the jeggings. She wears graphic teas with it.

I would personally use a tulle skirt with some flats or heels.
