I generally ignore these things as well have just gotten myself off coffee. It would be a shame for me to pick up any more bad habits. But this one looks interesting. What was your result?
I haven't tried the extract but have had drinks with the extract in it and I found it to be a horrible taste. Like a cross between raw tea leaves and green tobacco leaves. And the aftertaste was awful. Just my experience.
I'm embarrassed to say that I did try this. I have a constant fight with weight, and after I heard Dr. Oz recommend it I buckled and got some.
It did lighten my wallet a bit (about $25 for a jar of the capsules), but has offered nothing in the way of weight loss. I don't feel any jitters or caffiene-type reaction, so it might be safe for you to try.
My one caution is that, after having a frightening reaction to a different supplement, I recommend to everyone that they not try any supplements without checking with their own doctor first. Our bodies and health histories are different enough that the supplement that is healthy for one person might be toxic for another.
I haven't tried the extract, but I did buy one of those Starbuck's citrus green coffee extract beverages last week. The kind in a can that's carbonated.
I didn't care for it. I am sticking with my regular coffee (dark roast with half and half) and smartwater (ice cold).
just started taking it so a little too early to tell. it is also suppose to help with weight reduction
