Seeking Good Pediatrician in South Bay/Torrance

We like "Aunty Alice" (Dr. Alice Goldin). Her office is near Little Co. of Mary Hospital ###-###-####.

Dr. Wagoner, Dr. Lin, and Dr. Culmer share an office in San Pedro, but I think they all might have part time hours at other offices in PV and Torrance too.
I really like all of them. And they are conservative with antibiotics, which I really like, they don't give them, unless absolutely necessary.
My oldest sees Dr. Wagoner, since she was there first, but she is the busiest one in the practice and harder to get in to see sometimes. Since then Dr. Lin has come on staff and we really like her, she was my middle son's Sunday school teacher, so that was a great perk, since our son feels so comfortable with her, and now our newborn will be under Dr. Lin's care as well.

We love Dr Flores in Rolling Hills. All of the doctors in his office are fantastic!!!

I have a great Pediatrician named Dr. Teresa Miller she's with Healthcare Partners. Her office is off Del Amo Blvd and between Hawthorne & Prairie. Good Luck

We use UCLA Peds in Manhattan Beach on PCH ###-###-####...Dr Ghafouri. She is great. We just love her. For a few months our insurance dropped UCLA and I had to change dr. I was so upset. I went to dr.Nygen (spelling?) (i see someone else gave his name) because I was told he was good. He might be good but has no bedside manner at all. I went once!! Luckly we able able to go back to UCLA. We live in Torrance, too. Is your son going to Kinder next year? If so where? I see you needed a name of a dentist, too. Is it for you or your son? I have a good friend that works in a dental office and they are in Torrance and are great! Just let me know.

Dr. Tristy Shaw in Redondo is great.

I take my 2yr. old (Zain) to Dr. Dunja Maglica (she is on Madison St.) - you can find her address online.
Personally, my family loves Dr. Maglica, she is fantastic with Zain, decisive, and very well-versed in all natural and home remedies as a first option - e.g. often when Zain has had a cold she has recommended eucalyptus tea etc - which has worked well. She never seems in a rush (although her waiting room is full), patient and overall has a nice and reassuring personality.
