The Market Place on PCH (right before entering Seal Beach) has both a place to take Pilates and Yoga. I have not taken classes there, but I've seen them both and know people who have gone there and liked it. Leeann

I am not sure how close this is to you but there is a nice pilates studio in the Long Beach Marketplace at PCH and 2nd st. (There is a Trader Joes in there, Rubys, CPK, etc.)It is called John Garey Pilates.

Long Beach Dance Conditioning on Wardlow, in Cal Heights. Call Sakura directly at ###-###-####. She offers private and group classes. They have the pilates machines (reformers) as well as a separate room for floor exercises. Sakura is a dancer and a certified Pilates instructor. She is friendly and very knowledgeable in Pilates and gyrokineses. Please tell her I sent you :)
