My husband and I are trying to make the final decision on a Pediatrician. We really liked Dr. Kimberly Smith from Raintree Pediatrics in Allen. Does anyone have any experience with her or the practice????
We love Raintree Pediatrics. We started going almost 4 yrs ago when my 1st was born. We recently moved over 30 min away and I will continue to make the drive to stick with the practice. We especially love Amber, but have had good experiences with each of the providers.

My daughter is 2 and we have been with Raintree Pediatrics since she was born. We originally saw Dr. Cook, but we have really connected with Amber (the P.A.). She has always been wonderful, as is Dr. Smith. We have been very happy with the nursing staff, too. They always remember my little girl's name and go out of their way to make her comfortable.
My twins are 2 1/2 and I LOVE Raintree. They are very into the notion "Mommy knows best". I find that very conforting to know they trust us moms and our knowledge of our kids. We started with Dr. Cook and now we see Amber, but they're all wonderful.
I don't have experience with her but I am very pleased with my Ped Dan Moulton. He and all of his staff and so friendly & helpful & always get us in right away for sick visists - often within the hour or two that I call in. We've been with him since my oldest was born and she is 4 1/2. His office in in the Allen Presby building.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ALL the doctors at Raintree. Thankfully, my son doesn't need very many dr visits, but they are awesome. Even when my husband and I were out of the country, my mother needed to take him in for a possible recurrence of the flu and they were awesome with him and made it very easy for her. They understand that he hates the tongue depresser and work with him very well. I really can't say enough good things about them. Even their billing office is great. Our insurance was being horrible about paying and the office was great about working with us.
We LOVE that practice! We have mostly seen Amber in the past couple of years, but we've seen all of the doctors there at various times and like all of them. And we've been through everything from "nursemaid's elbow" to antibiotic resistant pneumonia, so we unfortunately have had a chance to get to know the office fairly well. Kimberly Smith is great and the other doctors are great, too. We really like Raintree Pediatrics.
We have used Raintree Pediatrics since my almost 6 yo was born, and we have always been extremely pleased. The entire staff is wonderful! Good luck with your decision!
We see Dr. Cook at Raintree, but have seen Dr. Smith before too. I have been pleased with everyone we have seen there!
I attended her childcare class through McKinney hospital and found her very personable and knowledgeable. Then she was the on call pediatrician when my daughter was born. She was very attentive and answered all the questions of a newbie mom! We don't have her as our primary pediatrician as I live in McKinney and preferred to go to someone nearer. However, if I was going to change pediatricians, she would be my first choice.
I am about to switch pediatricians, and my son's ENT and numerous other people have recommended either Dr. Smith or Cook at Raintree. I live in McKinney, but will take them to Allen due to the reviews on the Dr's.

We see Dr. Cook at Raintree. my son is only 3 months old so we've only been there a few times. But so far I am very pleased with the office as a whole. The nurses are sweet and patient. The office staff is very friendly. We've only dealt with Dr. Cook so far but I really like him. Very patient. takes time to talk with you, etc.
