I am assisting my son with his school project. Do you have any interesting personal experience or story about Pandora Radio, that you could share?

What can I do next?

When I was laboring to deliver my last daughter, I listened to Pandora on my iPad the whole time. The music became the thing for me to focus on, every song was perfect (I put in Tracy Chapman, and Pandora magically made the perfect laboring mix, lol). When I hit transition, the song 'Breathe' by Anna Nalick came on. All I could hear was this beautiful voice telling me to just breathe.

Sing it if you understand.
and breathe, just breathe
woah breathe, just breathe,
oh breathe, just breathe.

That got me through those tough few minutes of transition and then moments later my daughter arrived. That was so memorable!

It is a radio station. It is on the internet. It is free. I enjoy it b/c of the few commercials they play.

Not much more to a personal experience with a radio station.

Odd question... :)

Meh. I am over Pandora. I hate that I get poor reception in the gym, too many commercials, they don't play any of the songs my stations are named for (for example, I have a "Rusted Root" station and they play DMB and Jack Johnson almost exclusively on it - no rusted root at all!). Come to think of it, they even put DMB on my hip hop station - WTHeck?!
I know I could pay and not get any commercials, but just not worth it to me.
I do enjoy Pandora for Christmas music, though:)
Hope that helps.

I hear people say they hate ALL the commercials they play...but I never really hear a lot. And no I don't pay the extra, I use the free version.

I love the comedy channels the most.

I am sorry, but I would need more information regarding this inquery. I use the internet radio, if that is what you are referring to, and I enjoy it very much. Beyond that I am not sure what you are looking for.

I love Pandora. I first heard about it when I lived in Switzerland and you would get a lot of songs that were not well known over there. I thought it was the greatest thing in the world and we listened to it all the time. Now we live in the States and we still listen to it a lot, through computer or Roku. All our friends in Switzerland are no longer able to listen to it because now IP addresses from outside the US are no longer allowed to access it. I think it has something to do with the copyright thing.
