I have Dr Kaminskas and she is incredible. I found her after having a thoroughly traumatic experience with my other OB. Even my husband loves her. I recommend her to everyone. She is very easy to talk to and never seems in a hurry. She will answer any and all questions and doesn't cut corners. Even when I ask obvious or naive questions she's never once made me feel dumb. She was my OB for my daughter and when I miscarried just before Easter. I've been with her for almost 4 years now.

I have gone to Dennis Martin for years. He delivered my last two children. He is very calm and gentle and I would highly recommend him. When my daughter was ready for her first exam, he is the one we went to. I saw Dr. O'Toole once and she was OK too.

I had Dr. Raffo and loved her! Althought, I've had friends have a lot of other doctors there and all of them have had a good experience.

I will say, I saw two male doctors when I was in the hospital during their rounds. Bedside manner was different, a little cold. I guess when it comes to delivery and pregnancy, I'd rather have someone treating me who has been through it too.

Dr. Han ended up having to do an emergency c-section and she was great during and post-op.

Dr Dennis Martin - he has been my dr for 8 years. I believe he is still the chief of the dept as well. I also saw Dr Barry May while in labor, he was great and Dr Mary Otoole actually ended up delivering my son along side Dr Winters. Everyone in the practice I've had contact with has been great although Dr Norris-Walsh did prescribe unnecessary antibiotics during my labor that Dr Martin later took me off of once he came in to check on me during his rounds. For that reason I personally would stay away from her as my Dr but I can't speak for anything else about her as I never even met her. So, my suggestions: Dr Martin, O'Toole and May are all wonderful.

Sophia,

I highly recomment Dr. Norene Norris-Walsh. She is mainly at the Laguna Hills office but I think she works once or twice a week at the San Clemente office as well. I have been seeing her for the last 4 years and love her. Good luck!

I've been seeing Dr. Susan Mendelsohn for 10 years and I LOVE her. I actually look forward to my annuals, just for the chat. She's down-to-earth, no-nonsense, and very easy to talk to.
