Hi moms, my daughter who is turning 4 has a superhero obsession...she was Ironman for Halloween last year (not the "girl" version of the costume either. And she'll be Ironman again this year...
She has asked for "Batman toys' for her birthday. So I want to know what is the best "starter set" to get her? Is there a cool batmobile and action figure batman to get? I am thinking around $30 or so for each. One item for each set of grandparents to get her. I looked on the toys r us website and there are a million choices. I'm lost! My 5 yo daughter has always been more of a traditional "girl" so I have no clue what to get!

My almost 4 year old loves all of the Imaginext Batman toys, he has all of them. They are expensive but well worth it.
The trio set is awesome - and you can use it to build the batcave in all kinds of different ways and add on to it if you wish! Enjoy! (I actually love this toy. So much better than Transformers:(

We have the whole Imaginext set....got it at Target....really cool Bathouse, some fugures, etc...and then you can buy extra pieces for the set. My 4 year old LOVES it!
They make these little batman figures that my son loves, they sell them in all the stores. They have like 3 different batcars a helicopter ect my son has the batcave and it came with a robin and batman with a motorcycle!
how about the imaginext super hero sets? they have the batcave, joker funhouse, green lantern jet... lots of little superheros to go along with it: superman, hawkman, the flash, and even a catwoman! :) GL

Also There is a Trio batman set. Trio is the little cubes you can build stuff with. she can build her own bat cave

this is one of my son's favorite Batman toys (he is obsessed with Batman too ~ for his bday he said all he wanted was Batman. So I bought him a Batman costume and he LOVES it!! He is 3).

My boys have a batmobile that is pretty neat that cost only $20 or so. You can find it at Target. They also have the Batcave that is a big hit. I do not know the cost but I am sure you can find it at Target or Toys R Us.

I think that is AWESOME she likes superheros. I get so tired of my 5 yo's female playmates obsessed w/all things pink and princess. They are all so whiney and spoiled and I believe it does nothing for their self esteem and self worth.
There is an Imagninex Batcave - it looks like a castle but w/batman colors - grey and blue. It has all kinds of trap doors and hallways she might like. I believe it comes w/the action figures (I can't remember). My son had one but he also used it for his army guys.
Imaginext by Fisher Price makes great batman's cave and batmobile and other superhero stuff.
Darn - for some reason I cannot see people's responses. But my 3 year old is obsessed with Batman - he loves Imaginex Batman stuff!! What were other people's suggestions??
