Our 5 year old was injured at a major department store and they offered us a small settlement (under $200) to cover dr.s visit. We would like to speak with a personal injury lawyer before we make any decisions. If you can recommend anyone in the Dallas area we would greatly appreciate it.

Any lawyer can easily review a settlement document. It doesn't need to be a personal injury lawyer if that is all you are looking for.

There are plenty of ads running in the DFW area that are lawyers chasing payouts.

I've been on a 4 day jury where someone just wanted a payout... My attitude toward that is skewed. I'm sorry.

Just because they offered to "help" with a $200 payout doesn't mean it is correct.
I was accused by a Dollar General of shoplifting, detained by the police and SCARED OUT OF MY WITS and they offered me $20 of store credit!!
I wanted to sue the pants off of them!
I had been gone from the store for over an HOUR, so when I was pulled over, the police "assumed" I had "dumped the goods". It was ONLY after a review of the security tape that I was released. Thank God for Xanax! I got Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from that ordeal!!!
