It's not time for my period (that was about 10 days ago) and I'm not pregnant. But my boobs ache. (Sorry if its TMI) What is going on?! It's not unbearable but it's starting to get annoying! Anybody have any idea what the deal is?
That happened to me in my last cycle around ovulation. It's not usual, but happens on occasion. Ice cream makes it better. ;)
Hormones and caffeine could cause it, as well as your bra being too tight. This has happened to me occasionally. I went and bought a bigger bra..and it has helped.
It is often normal and happens - I would ask your doc if it goes on too much longer.
Mine have done that when I drink lots of tea, my gyno said the influx of caffeene will do that. Have you been drinking more caffeene than usual? it could be a possibility.......
I get mild pms symptoms (sore breasts, irritable, bloating) when I ovulate. Which is typically 12-16 days after your period.
Sometimes mine are sore in the middle of my cycle instead of right before period.
hormone release due to stress? How long has this been going on? Days?
Or like the mamas say ovulation...
Do your bras fit???? If your bra is too small your boobs will hurt. Go and get a fitting.
