I'd start re-applying in September. They usually send you a paper stating when you need to re-certify.

As long as they have youe current address they will send you the reenrollment forms. If you don't have it by aug 1st, start calling!

If you are already on Medicaid, they usually send you the paperwork you need to fill out to recertify for another year. You have to send them your income information and all that. But it's always a good idea to call your caseworker or the office that handles your case if you want to make sure. You should have paperwork that tells you which office or phone number you can call to get more information. Good luck!

You're local human services should send you a re-application at least 60 days prior to the expiration of your current services. My advice is to fill it out and get it back in as soon as possible.

Best wishes

you should automatically receive renewal forms by mail if not you can call and they can send you some. It shouldn't take to long to renew they will just ask for updated income and all that. i would request a phone interview its alot easier! good luck!

Don't they provide workers to help you with everything? If so, I would call your worker and ask.

Call the local office and ask them what their procedure is to reapply. It is online now and much easier. If you don't get a reminder letter then get on the ball and call them about it. I put stuff like this on my yahoo calendar to send me a reminder a few days before it is eligible to be done. For instance the first week of September I'll get a reminder that the county fair is going to start in a few weeks and if I want to sew anything to submit I need to get it going. Then the next week I get another reminder of the same thing.

By using this it can even send it to your cell phone. I have no idea how to do the cell address but US Cellular gave us ours so we could add it into the contacts.
