Imelda at Visible Changes in Baybrook Mall. Zulema for coloring. Have been going there 5 years and get compliments on my hair daily. A little more expensive but worth it if you can afford it.
I go to Creatif in SugarLand off of Highway 6 and Wiliams Trace. I have used Lanna for almost 15 years and love her. I don't have the number with me but give them a call. There are several stylist there and I am sure you will find one that you like.

A friend referred me to Inspire Salon, which is on HWY 6 in Missouri City near Lake Olympia (in the small strip mall next to Burger King.)
I've been there twice and they do a great job, and it's not expensive. They charge $25 for a wash cut and blow dry. Last time Chee cut my hair and I love it!! Trish is also really good.
I've been to many places looking for a good salon and I'm so happy I finally found one! I usually just walk in and never have to wait.
I know how hard it is to find someone to do a good job on your hair that won't break the bank. I hope you find someplace!
