Looking for Locations for Teens to Meet Teens

He should definately check out Buckhead Church! We go there with our kids (kindergarten) and they love it, but we hear AWESOME things from the teenage and the college age groups. Every meeting is like a rock concert, and they can join a 'small group' which is more like an accountability group or a place to bounce ideas off of kids their own age, struggling with the same issues everyday.

I agree that your son should check out Buckhead Church or Northpoint Community Church.(different locations of the same church) They have great programs for college age kids on Sundays and also different settings that meet during the week. It's a great place to get connected and meet some great people! Good luck!

I really think at this age they just kind of have to find their own ways to meet people since at 19 they're far more adult than child. I'm sure if he gets a job and starts taking some classes, he'll meet some people. He may also want to sign up for something like match.com if he's interested in dating. I don't know if he is religious or not, but lots of people seem to meet others their age when they get involved with a church (or synagogue or mosque). There are also numerous sports leagues around the metro area -ALTA for tennis, adult kickball leagues (LOTS of fun), softball, etc. he may want to check into.
