Garden Spa in North Dallas. It's on LBJ between Preston and Hillcrest next to Arthur Murrry dance studio. They do a great massage too.

I go to L'Image in Plano located at Park and Preston. I LOVE IT.
I've been to the Spa at II Creeks in Richardson and liked it a lot.
I second II Creeks Spa. The prices are reasonable (for a spa), the staff is amazing, and the treatments are divine.
My absolute favorite place for a facial is Mont-Marie Skin Care on Inwood near the Galleria (not in Richardson, but not far). Marie is FABULOUS! If you go, make sure you have plenty of time, because she will often pamper you for about 90 minutes and you will come out with the most wonderful feeling skin! Also, no high-pressure sales pitch; they will tell you what products they used, but I've never ever felt obligated to buy anything.
