Looking for Feedback on Pediatrician Office

I haven't been to Children's Medical Group, but I take my kids to Cactus Children's Clinic at 5310 W. T-bird. I love it there. All the doctors are great and they have wonderful nurse practitioners. I've never had to wait. My primary Ped. is Dr. Jacquemart. She is fabulous. My daughter developed Hashimoto's disease w/in her first 4 years which is very rare for a child and Dr. J was diligent in finding out what was wrong with her. I also take my children to Cactus Childrens Clinic and I would highly recomend them to anyone. My kids have seen many of the doctors and NPs and all have been great. The staff is great and so far always on time. I really believe in having trust and confidence with your Dr. and the support staff. It's your health and the health of your family they are dealing with. Good luck with your tough decision.

I adore Pediatrix; staff, doctors, everyone. I switched when my second son was born. It's been over ten years and I cannot say enough. I take all five of my children to the Black Canyon office...I-17 & Greenway. I think that if you are not happy with something as important as who monitors your child's health, it's time for a change. I used to take my son to Dr. Maxcy their. I switched doctors offices completly because I was not happy with the staff. I loved Dr. Maxcy but the staff was rude and disrespectful, I actually got into it with the office manager. I will not tell you to change your doctors but I found a great doctor in Surprise. It is surprise pediatrics. Hope this works.
