Looking for a Indoor Ice Skating Rink

We are thinking about taking our little Emily to an ice rink for some skating for her birthday. I'm wondering if there are any indoor ones close to the Elmwood Park & Oak Park area. The only ones that I found were outdoor. Any suggestions?

Oak Park has an indoor skating rink, but it's only open in the winter. They do have open skate for the public. http://www.oakparkparks.com/parks/pf_23.htm

I've never been there, but I heard some mothers at our preschool talking about going to a birthday party at an ice skating rink in Franklin Park. I imagine that it would be indoors.

Redmond Park in Bensenville. It's actually not a whole lot farther than Oak Park.
