Kane Tesini and Soporowski @ 230 Pond St Natick ###-###-####
My daughter (now 16) had them for special needs when she was very young (say 2) and they were fantastic. We used Soporowski but they are all wonderful. Good luck.

Hi K.
Don't know if you've heard about Dr. Robin Eliasberg on Union Street in Framingham, ###-###-####.
She is kind, caring, gentle and has many special needs clients; my now 12 year old dtr has Down syndrome, she has seen her since age 2-3. My sometimes difficult 9 yr old boy also doesn't fuss when we go.
Just beware, she talks alot, and can run late.
Good luck!

dr Mel Erlich, the kids call him Dr. Mel. Hes out of Framingham (dont remember the address) hes listed with 411 though. Hes very popular and specializes in kids with disabliities and special needs. Hes expensive but worth it!

Hi K., I work at a pediatric dental office. We have 2 offices Winchester and Reading. They are awesome!!!I have been with them for 10 years. We see many children with all different needs. They are great I would recommend my office all the doctors 2 women and 2 men they travel to both offices. The practice is called Pediatric Dental Assoc.the numbers are For Winchester ###-###-####, and Reading ###-###-####.I know they are not close to where you live, but sometimes you have to travel to receive the best care for your daughter. I am a mother of 3 girls,6,3,and 5 months and being in the field be for my girls were born made me love my job and the doctors more they all have familys and actually 1 of the doctors is having her 1st due in the summer. if you have any questions please email me and i can tell you or help you with any questions yuo may have . I 'd love to help you in any way possible.J. ____@____.com

This is an easy answer. See Dr. Mel Ehrlich. My son is autistic and my niece has Down's Syndrome. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. He and his staff made us all feel very comfortable and welcome, not an inconvenience like so many other places. We did have to go in the morning but it was less crowded so my son got the personalize attention he needed. My niece was treated by Dr. Mel at the hospital where he did an awesome job. ALL my friends take their kids their where the are all treated like they are special. My only worry now is what to do when my son is too old to go see him.

Updated

Just read postings from others. While I have heard and read good things about Dr. Tesini some of my friends didnt love it. But as far as Dr. Eliasberg goes UH UH..do NOT go there. Impatient, rude and very disrespectful to me and my son. What a difference at Dr. Mel's. I guess either would be a good choice.
