Sweet Baby Rays! Best BBQ sauce! We like the chipolte one (Not raspberry!) but they are all good! If it's something other than BBQ you are looking for, try Chivetta's marinade. It is also very good. It always get rave reviews! I am also quite fond of Lawreys marinades, McCormick Montreal seasoning, and Italian dressing. Mmmm, so glad grilling season is here!

if we are in a hurry, after cooking on the grill, we just based with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ(original or the honey flavor)

If you want some homemade sauce: (may be halved if cooking 2 breasts)
2cups brown sugar
2tbls (or 2 squirts) of katsup
1/2 cup vinegar
2tsp ginger
2tsp garlic powder
2tbls flour
2tbls worchestheir
1/4 cup water
Bring to a boil until thickend...this sauce recipe works great with BBQ ribs in the crockpot..just throw all in a crock pot(no boiling needed) and cook on low for 7 or 8 hours. (our familys favorite recipe)

We throw chicken in a variety of Italian dressings and marinate and cook on the grill. Our favorite is Krafts Italian Roasted Red Pepper. Mmmm. It is also my Go To dressing for Pasta Salads as well. Lots of good flavors mixed in it.

I have 2:

1. Wishbone Robusto Italiano dressing. Marinate for at least an hour. Delicious!

2. (My fav) - Mix 1 can frozen orange juice and soy sauce, honey and a little fresh ginger. Marinate at least an hour, but better overnight. Works great on Chicken wings for the barbie too! Enjoy!

If its not a BBQ flavor you seek, but something different? Find your favorite Italian dressing in a bottle and put the chicken in with it in a freezer bag in the refrig for a few days...it needs a few days. Then grill it up. Easy-peasy and so good.

We like the Kraft Tuscan House Italian dressing best (after trying most bottled varieties we could find!). Steam a bag of veggies in the microwave..and make some Uncle Ben's 90-second rice in a bag...and its a quick meal!

The chicken is great too for a big chicken Caesar salad the next day...and with spaghetti another night (we will make a TON and stretch it to a few meals for the week...teen daughter will slice some up and make wraps for her school lunches with a little cucumber and lite ranch dressing too). We eat good on grilled chicken weeks!!!

I get raves for marinating my chicken in Cesear Salad dressing (I usually use either Newmans or Kens - whatever is on sale). Marinate for a few hours and YUM!!

Also, McCormick has a shaker spice bottle called Montreal Chicken. It's awesome. And for steak, Montreal steak is the best. Both can be added to water/oil/ and made into a marinade.

And I agree with Sweet Baby Rays - it's very good and so is Stubbs.

Newman's Own Honey Mustard Dressing. Poke some holes in the chicken and marinate it in the fridge for a few hours. Delicious. We prefer boneless chicken thighs to the breast for flavor, but either will do.

try mint, plain greek yogurt, red onions, salt & pepper as a marinade. The yogurt keeps the chicken from getting too dry.
