IF CHILD HAS BEEN GONE OVER 48 HOURS AND YOU HAVE FULL CUSTODY, AND THEY WON'T GIVE HER BACK, THAT IS KIDNAPPING, GO TO ANOTHER COP, PREFERABLY A WOMAN. THEY CAN'T DO IT LIKE THAT. THEY MUST FIRST PROVE YOU ARE UNFIT AND GET TEMPORARY CUSTADY GRANTED. GOOD LUCK! IF YOU GAVE THEM PERMISSION HERE, THEN IT IS A FELONY TO TAKE THEM ACROSS THE STATE LINE.

D.,

I feel terrible for you and I am shocked that the authorities are not helping. Perhaps you should contact the media. Sounds like they would be interested in a story like yours and maybe that would get some reaction from the police! Good luck and God bless!

A friend of my brother's took his biological children across state lines on the weekend he had visitation (their mother gave him the kids for the weekend) and when the mother found out she had him arrested for kidnapping. The mother was in Florida and the father was arrested in NC. Keep contacting law enforcement, go higher every time, try the city police, then HCSO, then FHP, call child services if you have to and if you still can't get help, report her missing and you don't know where she is. Good luck, my thoughts are with you.
