I don't know about Johnsons baby lotion, but I have VERY sensitive skin, and Cetaphil gentle face cleanser works the best for me.

There is a clean and clear brand moisturizer that has acne medication in it. I used to use it when my face was really dry and it seemed to really help. Plus it had a really neat cooling effect going on. It didn't really make my acne better but didn't make it worse like some moisturizers can do. If your acne is really bad, ask your mom to take you to the dr and maybe they can suggest something to help.

When my baby was little I used Johnsons and Johnsons on her, and her baby acne got worse, and it didn't help with her eczema (eczema is dry patches of skin). It has fragrences and dyes in it that might irritate your skin. You want to look for a facial moisturizer that has no colors or smells to them.
I love the one by dove. You can find it at wal-mart, walgreens, almost anywhere. Good luck!

I am not the biggest fan of Johnson lotion. Check the ingredients on the bottle and compare with better brands and you will see that they are not great. They may used alcohol, stearates, etc that tend to dry out the skin.

Also this is a great link.

I wouldn't even use J&J products - they have parabens and phthalates in them that are known endocrine disrupters i.e. they screw up the hormones of people, especially kids who are still developing. Read this article: http://www.productalert.ca/news/johnson-johnson-baby-prod... Supposedly they are going to phase out both in their products - but I don't know if they've done that yet. I'd find something natural and organic for your face, especially since it's sensitive.

Have your Mom take you to Walmart/Target or the local drug store to get a good facial cleanser and moisturizer for teens and young people. I saw your earlier post on facial soaps and not sure that Dove is the best for acne. Ask a woman who works in the cosmetic/ facial soap area what they sell alot of to help acne and she can help you. The baby lotion may cause your breakouts to become worse, you never know until you try it but why take the chance. There are lots of good facial cleaners and facial moisturizers out there. Hope this helps.

A face cream that my doctor recommended is called Moisturel, it is about $10 for a 12 oz. bottle at CVS and has no fragrances and irritants. It does not have any sunscreen so you may still need to add a sunscreen on top of it.
For other acne products I would go to the acne isle in CVS and ask for help - in our CVS there is a woman that helps in the skin care isle. My doctor recommended the Neutrogena products, but which product depends on how oily or dry your skin is (mine is dry plus I have zits). Either that or ask the doctor - I have been on 3 months of antibiotics when the acne got too bad to handle with over the counter products.
